According to a recent finding from the National Poll on Healthy Aging, most adults over 50 would prefer to remain in their current homes for as long as possible, but many have not yet planned or prepared for “aging in place.” Preeti Malani, poll director, U-M Medical School infectious disease professor, and geriatrics expert, and Sheria Robinson-Lane, assistant professor at the U-M School of Nursing and member of the poll team, highlight some of the key findings.
