Patients who had COVID-19 and still faced mental, financial and physical health issues up to two months after their release. A recent study based on patients from thirty-eight Michigan hospitals found that almost forty percent of patients had not returned to normal activities. The study highlights the importance of creating programs to support and promote recovery after illness.
