Michigan Health Lab releases a study surrounding premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PDD), a disorder with symptoms including mood changes, difficulty concentrating, or feeling more on edge. Monica Rosen, M.D., an obstetrician-gynecologist at the University of Michigan Health Von Voigtlander Women’s Hospital, discusses the differences in the symptoms that it only occurs before a central cycle begins, which can be frustrating for patients.
