The University of Michigan Stamps School of Art and Design presents “FoodCorps (Ian Cheney & Curt Ellis): Rebroadcast”. Curt Ellis and Ian Cheney created the documentary “King Corn”, which highlights their own experience growing corn and turning it into high fructose corn syrup and fast-fattened beef. They went on to create the Truck Farm film and education project and FoodCorps, which is made up of Americorps leaders who work with children to educate them about healthy food. This event was originally broadcast in 2014.
