Join the Science, Technology, and Public Policy Program of the Gerald R. R Ford School of Public Policy at 1110 Weill Hall as they host Kade Crockford, the director of the Technology for Liberty Program at the ACLU of Massachusetts. Crockford’s work focuses on the intersectionality of technology and civil rights and civil liberties with emphasis on how systems of surveillance and control impact, not just society in general but their primary targets—people of color, Muslims, immigrants, and dissidents. The event is free and open to the public.
