The University of Michigan School of Social Work presents “Diversity Matters: What about Equity and Inclusion?”. Rogério M. Pinto, professor and associate dean at the U-M School of Social Work, hosts a lightning talk that discusses advancing racial/ethic minority scholars to finish their educations, graduate and find jobs. Pinto also highlights the importance of providing academic institutions the tools to welcome diverse students and create programs that ensure equity and inclusion.
