U.S. democratic institutions are under attack, and bitter debates rage over voting rights, access, and security. Join the Ford School for its “Democracy in Crisis” event series, where award-winning journalists share insights into the forces threatening and protecting American democratic structures and systems. On November 1, Jelani Cobb will be in conversation with Ford School Dean Celeste Watkins-Hayes, and on March 28, 2023, Chris Wallace will be at Rackham Auditorium.
The series is a partnership between the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, Wallace House, and U-M Democracy & Debate, co-hosted by the Gerald R. Ford Library and Museum and the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation.
