The Rackham Graduate School is piloting a class built around collaboration with local government, representing a new way to train students for societally engaged work. Natasha Dacic, a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Climate and Space Sciences and Engineering (CLASP), discusses her experience with the program and the innovative project she and her classmates are working on in partnership with the Washtenaw County Water Resources Commission.
