Michigan Ross professor of business administration and business law Cindy Schipani discusses gender inequalities in the workplace. Schipani offers a solution to this difficult issue, proposing that more women executives should be mentoring men. The faculty expert highlights that switching the typical dynamic around could “benefit the mentor, the mentee, and society as a whole.” Schipani further explores sexual harassment issues, “cooperative interaction,” and the benefits as well as obstacles that this mentoring relationship may have.
