U-M faculty expert Jonathan Overpeck shares insights on the climate change challenges and opportunities for the state of Michigan. Overpeck, the Samuel A. Graham Dean of the School for Environment and Sustainability, has worked on climate change for over 35 years and on five continents. Through this faculty Q&A, Overpeck explains why climate change is such a big concern and how it will impact Michigan more specifically. He also explores what will happen if climate change is not stopped, what we can do halt climate change in Michigan, and what opportunities this might create for Michigan.
