As remote work continues, it can be difficult to understand co-worker emotions without regular face-to-face interactions. Researchers at the University of Michigan School of Information developed a way to track employee’s emotional health and even predict work behaviors. Researchers found that workers who regularly use emojis, positive or negative, may have better emotional health. They also discovered other links between emoji use and work.
