Dr. Bianca Wilson, a senior public policy scholar at the Williams Institute – a sexual orientation and gender identity research center within the UCLA Law School, discusses LGBTQ rights in this event recording from the Racial Foundations of Public Policy Speaker series. This speaker series, hosted by the Center for Racial Justice at the UM Ford School of Public Policy, focuses on the historical roots and impact of race in shaping public policy as both a disciplinary field and a course of action.
