U-M Center for Positive Organizations hosts a free virtual panel discussion featuring a variety of moderators and panelists from a plethora of universities to discuss antiracism, allyship, and authenticity. This discussion is a follow-up to the “Race, Equity, and Justice: A Call to Action” virtual event. The panelists address what skills and actions are required to dismantle systemic racism and, in turn, build equitable structures. They further explore the normalization of whiteness by organizations, building alliances that oppose racism, and offer concrete strategies to build anti-racist structures so all individuals can thrive.
