The University of Michigan Adaptive Sports Experience, UMAISE, is a program created to promote the physical, social and emotional development for people with disabilities. Due to COVID-19, the program cannot offer in-person group activities. Instead, UMAISE turned to videos to guide participants through sports drills, tips for adaptive gear and COVID-19 safety precautions.
