The Official Alumni Association of the University of Michigan Class Ring
The University of Michigan receives several thousand applications for admission from around the world. Of those highly qualified applicants, only a very select group is admitted for enrollment and, in time, meets the requirements to receive their degrees. Those who remain on track to achieve that goal can be deservedly proud. We are pleased to inform you of one symbol that truly recognizes that accomplishment — The Official University of Michigan Alumni Association Class Ring.
The University of Michigan class ring is unique. It is reserved exclusively for University of Michigan graduates and those students who have completed at least fifty-five credit hours and have achieved junior or senior year standing. As a special feature, each ring will bear its own registration number. This number will allow us to identify the owner in the event that the ring is ever lost and returned to us. As long as the University is kept informed of a current address, we will know where to return a ring that is found.
