Michigan Radio Award-Winning Broadcasts

In 2006, the Michigan Association of Broadcasters named Michigan Radio Station of the Year and awarded it eight Broadcast Excellence Awards. The station also won eight Michigan Associated Press Awards.

The Associated Press awards included Best News Documentary, Best Individual Reporting and Best Investigative Reporting. The MAB honored the station for Best Hard News and Current Events Story and Best Newscast, among others. All the winning broadcasts aired between January 1 and December 31, 2005.
