A new study conducted by a U-M researcher suggests that high school students with a history of concussions were more likely to engage in suicidal thoughts, planning, or attempts than their non-concussed peers. The study is the first of its kind to examine the relationship between suicidal behaviors and concussion frequency among high school students.
