And, the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan has created Blue Hiring Blue in response to feedback from U-M alumni who want to leverage the power of the Michigan network to recruit and hire qualified U-M alumni for their companies.
Blue Hiring Blue is a free and convenient recruiting service to help U-M alumni identify strong job candidates who share their Michigan background through the Alumni Association’s Job Board hosted by inCircle.
Getting started takes less than 15 minutes and is easy to do for U-M alumni because you’re already a member of inCircle! Show your U-M pride and start recruiting fellow U-M alumni for your company today.
- Register for Blue Hiring Blue
- Receive a personal call or e-mail from an Alumni Association career service professional about the specific job opportunities at your organization and how you are looking to leverage the U-M network in your candidate search
- Make sure you have your University-assigned uniqname and password
- Sign in to inCircle
- Select “Post a Job”
- Complete and submit the job post form
- Watch the U-M alumni network work for you and your company!
Don’t forget to update your personal inCircle profile and list your company and job title, so job seekers can see who their “U-M Connections” are at the posting company.
