Physical Activity Rating Guide

The True Blue Travel Program organizes trips that allow alumni to learn, explore, and discover at a variety of different activities levels, while in the company of fellow U-M community members. These programs are designed for people in good health, with good mobility, and who are comfortable participating in physical activities as part of the U-M group.

To ascertain whether a program’s physical demands is right for you, each alumni trip and its related excursions have been rated as mildly active, moderately active or active. On some tours, travelers may choose to participate on excursions based on their own comfort level while other tours do not offer these options. These ratings are approximate and will vary from person to person depending on normal activity level.

If you are unsure if a trip is right for you, please check with your doctor and call the True Blue Travel Program at 800.847.4764 for more details.
