Enoch Brater is the Kenneth T. Rowe Collegiate Professor of Dramatic Literature and Professor of English and Theater at the University of Michigan. Internationally known for his seminal work on Samuel Beckett, he has also published widely on U-M alumnus Arthur Miller,‘38, and is currently preparing the playwright’s private journals for release next year. Professor Brater’s work has been translated into Italian, Polish, Japanese, Spanish, French and Portuguese, and he has been a guest lecturer in Ireland, England, Israel, Italy, Spain, Japan, France, Germany, Poland, Argentina and Brazil.
