Camp Michigania offers the breathtaking winter landscape of Northern Michigan to the entire family. Whether you prefer cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in snow-covered fields and forests or getting cozy before the roaring fires in our fieldstone fireplaces, Michigania offers the perfect winter getaway. An exclusive member benefit of the Alumni Association, Michigania’s winter program will provide lifetime memories and a delightful adventure for the entire family.
Participants in the winter program lodge in the guest cabins that are nestled adjacent to Walloon Lake. Cabins offer three or four units, each with its own bedroom and private bath with shower. Cabin mates share a spacious gathering room, handy for a game of cards, conversation or a quiet hour of reading. Vaulted ceilings, spruce paneling and magnificent views provide a charming atmosphere.
The Alumnae Council Education Center offers meeting space, comfortable lounges, complete kitchen and dining facilities and six fieldstone fireplaces. With captivating views of the surrounding wooded area, wildlife and lake, it’s an inviting space that encourages conversation or quiet reflection. Please note that all winter program participants must be over the age of five.

Dates and Rates
The winter program offers five packages, allowing you to select the dates that work best for you and your family.

All meals beginning with a welcome reception on the day of arrival and concluding with breakfast on the day of departure are included. Meals are served in our cheerful dining room featuring rustic iron chandeliers and a gracious fireplace.
Cancellations – Fall/Winter Programs
If you are unable to attend following your registration, a full refund—less a $50 service charge—will be applied if the vacancy is filled. If the vacancy is not able to be filled, a 50 percent refund of the total fees will be given. All reasonable attempts will be made to fill any vacancies.
