Cancellations
Cancellation of confirmed reservations will be refunded as follows (cancellations must be in writing, either email, fax, or US mail):
Cancellations received prior to January 31st – Full refund less a $50 service charge
Cancellations received prior to May 15th – Full refund of fees, deposit will be forfeited
Cancellations received May 15th and later – 50% of total fees will be refunded
Trip Insurance
If you are confirmed for camp, insurance for your reservation will be available for 15 days after the date of your confirmation letter. Insurance will be offered through TIS, and more information can be found at http://www.travelinsure.com/cobrand/select/michigania. Please note that decisions regarding reimbursement of costs are based on parameters of TIS, and Michigania has no ability to influence these decisions.
