Through our international alumni relations program we encourage alumni involvement. The International Alumni Contacts (IACs) serves as a starting point for alumni who wish to identify each other living abroad.

U-M degree and major area of study: 1981: Visiting Scholar with major interests in optimization methods and applications; MSE’84, PhD’85, applied mechanics and mechanical engineering
Job/career/current pursuit: Established the Aluminum Corporation of China, Ltd., where his major area was leadership in project investment and the implementation of large scale aluminum and other nonferrous metals projects; now formally retired.
Free time: Stamp collecting, Western classical music, world-wide travel
