In June 2005 President Coleman traveled to China to help build partnerships to support U-M’s potential in a globalizing world. Those partnerships led to this Web site, an electronic newsletter, a project that is updating Chinese alumni data, and social and business networking events in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
U-M alumni in Hong Kong participated for the fourth straight year in the Stanley International Dragon Boat Championships.
