Shahnaz is certified as an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation and Certified Professional Coach by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.


Passionate about supporting advanced degree holders in all stages of their careers. She started out as a medical student in Venezuela, and pursued a Master’s and Ph.D. in Neuroscience at the University of Tuebingen in Germany. Lisa specializes in helping clients at all levels in their careers to find their green career niche and to secure their dream environmental job across a wide variety of disciplines and sectors. She is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator and spent 10 years leading the University of Michigan’s Career Services at the School of Natural Resources and Environment and has an extensive network of green professionals to connect clients. She is also an adjunct communications instructor at Loyola University Chicago.
