Mimi Darmstadter is an executive and career coach and a seasoned leader in the Human Resources field (e.g. learning and performance). Sally Schmall

Provides confidential career coaching and leadership development for alumni across the country and is owner and president of Academy Coaching, located in Ann Arbor. Prior to launching Academy Coaching in 2008, Sally served as the Director of Dual Career Faculty Recruitment for U-M, where she remains a faculty member.

Shahnaz Broucek

Brings extensive experience across multiple industries to her work as an executive coach. She works with clients in career exploration and career development, with a special interest and expertise in transitions to leadership roles. Shahnaz is certified as an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation and Certified Professional Coach by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.

Katiuska Luna-Cancalon

Passionate about supporting advanced degree holders in all stages of their careers. She started out as a medical student in Venezuela, and pursued a Master’s and Ph.D. in Neuroscience at the University of Tuebingen in Germany. She continued her academic experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the ETH in Switzerland, ultimately leading to her position at the University of Michigan. Leveraging years of academic experience, she acquired her Certified Professional Certification in Coaching (CPC) and a Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Lisa Yee-Litzenberg

Lisa has spent over 22 years as a green career expert and is passionate about helping others to find and secure rewarding careers in the environmental field.

She led the University of Michigan School of Natural Resources and Environment (SNRE) graduate career services for 10 years, where she assisted hundreds of students in finding and securing dream internships and jobs. She built the school’s career services from the ground up and has developed key connections with thousands of green employers across the country and globally and is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator.

Prior to working at SNRE, she completed a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan’s School of Natural Resources and Environment and then spent 12 years working in a dream job for the National Wildlife Federation. Her work at NWF included water policy and wolf conservation efforts in the Great Lakes, as well as state and federal conservation efforts. Lisa also helped develop students and women as environmental leaders and to grow the organizational capacities of several NWF state affiliates.
