  2. Reflection – During the pre-conference, you will receive and work through a workbook which will help you see how your personality, strengths, interests and other career factors come together to help you identify career occupations that are a good fit for you.
  3. Moving Forward – After the reflection portion, you will put together a plan of next steps that are logical for you.  Career coaches will be available to provide you with input and suggestions.

The outcomes of the pre-conference include:

  • An awareness of key career factors
  • An understanding of your strengths and personality, and how they can help guide you to a career that will be a good fit.
  • A shortlist of career fields for further exploration.
  • A plan of next steps
  • A follow up 1 on 1 session will be able to be scheduled with a talent recruiter after the pre-conference workshop
