» Interviewing Introduction

Have you been called in for a job interview with a prospective employer? These resources will help you prepare for the big day!

Another type of interviewing is informational interviewing. During informational interviews, you meet with people who work in a particular industry or firm in which you have an interest to learn more about their work life and develop strategies for seeking employment. A great source of people to meet for informational interviews is the Association's Alumni NetWorks program, part of the Alumni Career Services's Networking Center. Even if you choose not use an Alumni Networks coach, it's worth reading the program's guide to conducting an informational interview.

Good luck!
