What is the structure of your board?	20 voting board members and 20 advisory board members
How are new board members recruited?	Word of mouth, current board members
How are board members elected or appointed to their positions?	Placed on ballot at annual meeting
Does the club have term limits for officers and, if so, how are they enforced (through bylaws)?	Officers serve one-year terms. When a new secretary is approved, the existing secretary becomes vice president and the vice president becomes president as outlined in the bylaws.
How has the club's leadership succession plan benefited the club?	Brings a fresh approach every year
