Club nameMichigan Club of Greater Phoenix
Program nameBill Gosling visits Phoenix
Program dateFebruary 2002
How was this program promoted?Club newsletter, TrueBlue, Web site, email
How many people were responsible for planning this program and about how much time did it require? Two or three. It took quite a bit of coordination with Ann Arbor to produce this event.
How much did this program cost the club?$250
How much did the club charge participants?Nothing
What "sold" this program to members (what was the highlight)? This was a difficult sell because it was somewhat last-minute and was held on a Tuesday night. Attendance was poor.
How many people attended?12
Is there additional information you would like to share? We need much more time to prepare for this type of event. While it's true that sports events are more preferable, people do enjoy hearing a professor speak. If it were on a weekend, it would have gone better.
