| Subsequent to board approval, the club posted the updated articles of association and bylaws on the club's Web site with a link labeled "UMAOC Articles of Association & Bylaws." The club also sent an email to its active email address list informing the alumni of the updated articles and bylaws. |

| The club formed an ad hoc committee assigned with the task to review the existing articles of association and bylaws and then recommend updates for the board to review and approve. The committee members submitted their recommendations to the club president prior to the formal ad hoc committee meeting via email. The club president compiled the recommendations and published an agenda prior to the meeting. No other changes or updates were reviewed during the meeting. Subsequent to reviewing the updates, one of the club's directors incorporated the changes suggested by the committee into the articles and bylaws. The updated articles of association and bylaws were distributed to the board (for review) prior to the next monthly board meeting and formally approved at the meeting. |
